Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Medicare Concierge LLC wants clients to understand our refund and cancellation terms before engaging our services.

Advisory fees. Advisory fees are quoted per engagement and agreed to in a written fee agreement signed by the client before any services begin. Payment is due prior to or at the time services commence.

Cancellation before services begin. If you cancel before advisory services have commenced, you will receive a full refund of any fee paid.

After services begin. Once advisory services have commenced, the advisory fee is non-refundable, as the fee reflects work performed on your behalf.
